*MUST be a car driver due to the location of the business


My client, a friendly and relaxed construction business based in Maldon is currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team due to growth. Duties include, but are not limited to:



  • Scheduling work for electrical and non-electrical contracts.

  • Liaison with site teams regarding updates on daily work progress and dealing with any queries which may arise, both from teams and clients.

  • Liaising with clients to schedule works and/or deal with any issues arising.

  • Daily use and updating of Outlook calendars

  • Inputting data onto Excel spreadsheets of works scheduled, carried out, completed, etc.

  • Collate information from engineers daily - job sheets, images of works carried out & works certificates

  • Collate information for invoices to be generated

  • Mailing letters to generate appointments for client-specified works.

  • Ad hoc duties


Good telephone and interpersonal skills are essential. You will deal with clients, their residents and site teams on a daily basis.


My client is looking for someone who will fit into their small, friendly office team and will also be capable of developing good working relationships with site teams, when telephone communication may be the only contact with them.
