£19,500 full time

Starting July 2021

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

This growing and forward thinking organisation that provides specialist services to over 100 clients throughout London and the South East has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join the team to provide a full range of support services to field based staff, clients and external services.

This role will allow you to use your administration skills, good IT experience, and confidence in the using Microsoft applications. You will have the ability to organise, prioritise and multitask effectively. Additionally, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and attention to detail are crucial.

You will be managing diaries, arranging travel, sending and responding to emails, sending information to external contacts, logging reports and data, providing information for meetings and using the bespoke database to log all actions and notes.

Also essential to the role is a team player who is confident in their approach and keen to get involved in all aspects of this varied role. You will be supported in your training to learn the company's systems and procedures and encouraged to provide new ideas.

In addition to your salary you will have a dedicated training budget, enhanced accident and illness arrangements after a qualifying period, free on-site parking, and 5 weeks' holiday rising to 6 weeks after 5 years' service.

This role will be hired and on-boarded remotely. Due to the current Covid-19 situation the successful applicant will initially be working from home (IT equipment will be provided) with occasional office attendance as and when required. Once their premises fully re-open the role will be solely office-based.
