We are looking to speak with candidates who are seeking a new and varied administrative support role, you will be supporting a team of consultants and senior stakeholders with all aspects of business support and office management.

Job Details:



  • Administrative Assistant

  • £28,000 - £30,000* Depending on experience

  • City of London - Office Based

  • Full time, permanent

  • 09.00am - 5.30pm


Job Spec:



  • Supporting the Office Manager and consultants with general administration and secretarial duties

  • Based on the front of house desk, overseeing all office management duties

  • Booking and preparing meeting rooms

  • Diary and inbox management

  • Event management

  • Updating the paper and electronic filing systems

  • Dealing with all incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Travel booking, scheduling meetings and arranging couriers

  • Collating reports and records

  • Supporting the team with any general administration duties


Requirements:



  • Previous administration experience is required

  • Open to experience from various industries

  • Strong MS Office and IT skills

  • Multitasking, organisation and prioritisation are very important
