The company


An amazing opportunity has arisen at a well established and professional company based in Chelmsford. The business are looking for an Administrator Assistant to support their internal claims team. You will be based in their stylish head office and will need be organised, proactive and have great communication skills. This is a great opportunity for someone to take their first steps into an office environment or someone to move onto the next part of their career. The business will make you feel valued and support whilst also helping you to progress in your role



Duties


� Maintain and updating the filing system


� Setting up of clients on the company CRM system


� To work closely with colleagues within the company to deliver consistently high levels of service


� Maintaining a register of clients across various systems from time to time


� Attending team meetings


� Gathering information by phone, letter or email


� Photocopying and scanning documents


� Manage incoming requests for support and work with our partners to resolve them



The ideal candidate


� Office based experience


� Maths / English - GCSE - A-C


� 2 A-levels or BTEC equivalent


� Good reading and writing skills, Strong grammar and spelling


� Confident and professional telephone manner


� Good communication skills


� Excellent Telephone Manner


� An ability to work individually and as part of a team


� Attention to detail


� Customer focused
