JOB TITLE: Administration and First Aid Officer - Education

LOCATION: Outskirts of Brighton - Car Driver ideally required

SHIFT: 8:30am-3:30pm Monday to Friday working in an office

SALARY: £10.20 P/H

START DATE: Immediate start

DURATION: Ongoing - Term Time Only

We are delighted to be working with our longstanding Client who are currently looking for an Administration and First Aid Officer. This is a varied and interesting role which is pivotal for the organisation.

You will be responsible for:

  • The medical welfare of students

  • The schools' attendance function

  • Line management of the medical welfare function for the organisation

  • Managing all medical issues and First Aid, liaising with staff as appropriate giving advice as required

  • Liaising with outside agencies

  • All medical administration, using the SIMS system

About you:

� It's essential that you are first aid trained, with a First Aid Course certificate currently valid

� Good communicator, compassionate and able to deal with challenging situations

� IT literate

� Enhanced DBS Checked

� Available immediately and ongoing
