JOB TITLE: Administration/Facilities Assistant


COMPANY: Legal Services


HOURS: 09.30am-17.30pm


START: ASAP Start


SALARY: £20,000-£23,000* Depending on experience


LOCATION: City of London (Fully office-based role)

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Implementing general administration duties

  • Answering and directing calls in a professional manner

  • Reserving/preparing meeting rooms

  • Offering a welcome and approach to all clients

  • Categorising incoming and outgoing post (coordinating couriers when required)

  • Attending to contractors when required

  • Guaranteeing printers are supplied with paper

  • Supporting with the meeting and greeting of clients on Front of House

  • Booking taxis, hotels, and trains for the entire office

  • Managing correspondences by answering emails and sorting mail

  • Draft, format, and print relevant documents

  • Manage and process staff expense requests

  • Create agendas / itineraries for Meetings

  • Scanning, photocopying, printing, stationery stock evaluation and ordering


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • 1 year experience within administration, facilities, or a professional environment would be beneficial

  • Extraordinary attention to detail

  • Thorough in monitoring processes and procedures

  • A proactive and flexible individual who can work effectively both individually and as part of a team

  • Ability to prioritise several different tasks efficiently

  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal

  • Enthusiastic about delivering exceptional quality service

  • Ability to use your initiative, foreseeing the team's needs in advance

  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
