What is our client looking for?

They are looking for an extremely organised and self motivated individual to support their Co-Founder for the next 4-6 weeks on a temporary basis. In order to succeed within this role, you must be an effective communicator, with proven experience of supporting a busy and often changeable diary!


* Managing a complex and changeable diary for the co-founder of the company
* Ensuring diary has no clashes or complications, rectifying swiftly if so
* Managing all travel bookings; liaising with travel agents and organising flights/hotel reservations
* Liaising with clients and contractors via email and telephone
* Ad hoc administration duties as and when required


* Must be extremely well organised
* Fluency in both written and verbal forms of English is essential
* Strict time management skills
* Fluent in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
