Office Angels are currently seeking a PA to go and assist one of their clients in the Jewellery Quarter. The role will be part time working 22.5 hours per week. The client is also flexible on the days and the hours are worked as long as the 22.5 hours per week are worked.

The role will be supporting the Operations Director. They will often try and manage everything themselves which is why they need a PA. The ideal candidate is someone who is switched on and is autonomous and will constantly offering support when the task at hand is completed.

The role & responsibilities include completing his inbox and diary management, completing minutes and agendas and also giving general administrative support as and when necessary. The ideal candidate for this role needs to be someone who is very hands on and not afraid to complete anything given to them and more when available. The office also assist as and when necessary so there may be some small duties also to be completed relating to the cleanliness of the office.
