Office Angels Manchester are currently working alongside a fantastic client based in the Moston area who are looking to for additional support within their team. This is a great opportunity to work for a well establish business. This is a temporary role with an immediate start for a minimum of 4 weeks.


Duties include:



  • Meeting and greeting visitors

  • Answering calls and directing them to relevant people

  • Managing the booking schedule for meeting rooms

  • Ensuring meeting rooms are prepared

  • booking travel and accommodation


Candidate requirements:



  • Strong attention to detail

  • Computer literate
