We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to work for a down to earth, local company based on the outskirts of Ilminster, Somerset on a temporary ongoing basis. This role may become permanent for the right candidate.

This location would be well suited to candidates commuting from Chard, Ilminster, South Petherton, Langport or Taunton.

This is a temporary on-going role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate who excels in the position. The hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm paying £9.00 an per hour.

Duties will include:

  • Administration support for the team

  • Scanning and filing documents

  • Database work and updating of customer records

  • Answering the phone and taking messages and directing calls

  • Dealing with the email inbox

  • Other adhoc office duties

You will need to be computer literate with excellent communication skills and a high level of customer service. The successful candidate must have extensive phone based customer service experience.

The successful candidate must hold a full, clean UK driving licence and access to a car due to the location of this role. In return this company does offer free on-site parking.
