£9.13 p/h


HOURS: Monday Friday 08:00AM - 17:00 PM

START DATE: 31/01/2020

Some of the duties in your new job would be:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and all round business support

  • Manage CAFM system

  • Ensuring QHSE documentations are maintained

  • Reviewing subcontractors performance

  • Answering calls and emails

  • Collate and process time sheets and expenses weekly

  • Raise sales invoices and PO's in line with the companies deadlines

  • Run and review debt reports, purchase order reports, WIP reports, P&L's

  • Engage in meetings and training courses

We'd love to speak to candidates with:

  • Strong MS skills

  • Previous administration experience
