One of our highly successful and reputable clients in the City of London are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator who has extensive reception and supporting experience along with a flexible, supportive and flexible approach to work. Stunning offices in the City, our client is looking for a polished candidate to support the team and CEO.

JOB ROLE: Receptionist & Administrator


JOB TYPE: TEMP-PERM - ASAP START


SALARY: £23,000 - £25,000* Depending on experience + Benefits

LOCATION: City of London, Bank Tube Station/Liverpool Street



DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Managing the front of house reception desk and supporting the team and CEO with administrative duties.

  • Greet all visitors into the office, providing 5* customer service at all times.

  • Ensuring the desk is stocked with refreshments, stationary ect.

  • Office Management duties, ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day to day basis.

  • Heavy diary management.

  • Manage all meeting rooms and schedules.

  • Make sure all meeting rooms are prepared to a high standard before meetings.

  • Deal with incoming post, incoming calls and transfer/take messages efficiently and in a timely manner.

  • Booking travel, couriers, restaurant reservations.

  • Log and record all visits, keeping to safety regulations.

  • Complete weekly reception reports and deal with any client issues and complaints.

  • Check the reception desk is left clean and tidy and to a high standard each day.

  • Adhoc duties as and when required; Photocopying, Binding, Scanning and Filing.



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • The successful candidate will have some corporate reception/office experience

  • Strong and credible education

  • Be able to provide 5* customer service.

  • Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Packages, especially Word, Outlook and Power Point.

  • Excellent attention to detail, a strive for perfection and a strong work ethic.

  • Be able to liaise with all levels of seniority

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Must be extremely well presented, polished and professional.
