Job role: Flemish/Dutch or French speaking HR admin


Job Type: 4 weeks temporary (may be reviewed)


Hours of work: 09:00 - 17:30


Location: Erdington


Office Angels Birmingham are proud to be representing our client based in Erdington seeking a French/Dutch/Flemish speaking HR administrator.


Your main responsibilities will involve:



  • Handling new starters and leavers including contracts

  • Ensure correct information is collated from employees

  • Scanning documents to HRIS

  • Perform job and pay changes and getting it signed off

  • Handling reference requests

  • Manage the department inbox and telephone queries


Skills Required:



  • Admin experience essential

  • Able to speak French

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

  • Previous HR experience is a bonus

  • Confident with email and telephone enquiries
