Our client is looking for an excellent candidate who has previous experience as a coordinator within a busy diverse team as well as having fantastic organisation skills.

JOB ROLE: Team Coordinator

JOB TYPE: Temporary

HOURS: 09:00 - 17.30

SALARY: £11.00 - £13.00ph

LOCATION: City of London


  • Ability to guide team to ensure deadlines and targets are met

  • Liaising with clients

  • Proof reading documentation

  • Ability to manipulate data and update excel spreadsheets

  • Ad hoc administration where required

  • Team calendar management.

  • Being the first point of contact for clients

  • Prepare meeting documents for various team & client meetings


  • Experience in a team leading position

  • Solution focused

  • Strong excel skills required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Sensitive with confidential information

  • Flexible and positive attitude
