Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm



As a busy and growing consultancy, we require a meticulous, organised Team Assistant to provide support to a team, including 2 directors. This role would ideally suit a candidate who enjoys working within a medium sized company where no two days are the same.



A day in the life of your new role:



  • Extensive Diary Management

  • Scheduling various meetings: video/conference calls, calls, visits, events

  • Arranging both international and local travel, including accommodation, visas, transfer and meeting requirements

  • Inbox management

  • Creating and amending documents, spreadsheets and presentations

  • Preparing/processing of expenses and timesheets

  • Acting as "front of house" including receiving and greeting visitors and liaising with Battersea Studios Reception regarding visits/events.

  • Taking all incoming calls to the business and transferring to relevant parties.

  • Checking office environment daily ensuring areas are kept clean and tidy.

    • Ensuring all crockery/cutlery and glassware is transferred to the dishwasher daily.

    • Ensuring food/refreshment orders are placed and distributed weekly or as required.

    • Ensuring event/visit catering is arranged and provided when required.

    • Carrying out a weekly office check and reporting any repair/cleanliness requirement to the Operations Manager for action.



  • Binding presentations and documents and scanning

  • Logistical management of client events/visits and supporting on company social events.

  • Supporting client teams with logistic management.
