JOB ROLE: Team Administrator


LOCATION: Central


SALARY: £20,000 (plus great bonus scheme)

The Role:



  • To deal with telephone, website and email enquiries

  • To be first line of contact for general enquires

  • Supporting the wider team with elements of compliance

  • To ensure accurate database maintenance, raising purchase orders and processing invoices

  • Processing payroll, managing sickness

  • To support panels and peer review meetings and including the product of high quality feedback and communications

  • To provide administrative support to the team

  • Processing expenses for the team

  • Support the team with marketing

  • To co-ordinate meetings and liaise with colleagues, including supporting internal and external meetings, committees and contacts as required

  • To manage time and tasks effectively

  • Ordering office stationery and marketing equipment, business cards etc

  • To escalate risks to ensure delivery of tasks

  • To provide reception cover as required

  • To maintain and contribute towards the continual improvement of office systems and procedures which enable the efficient and effective running of the organisation

  • To adhere to policies and procedures to meet legal and moral obligations in respect of, but not limited to equality, diversity and inclusion; GDPR, health and safety; and Charity Commission requirements

  • Any other reasonable duties commensurate with level of role


About you!



  • Experience of working as part of a team

  • High attention to detail skills

  • Experience of report preparation and formatting of documentation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High level customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently, undertaking

  • MS Word, Excel (Intermediate), PowerPoint & Outlook

  • a high level of personal responsibility and initiative as required within the role

  • Ability to manage demanding workloads including working to conflicting deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail

  • Ability to work with discretion and respect confidential and sensitive information

  • Excellent computer skills, including use of MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
