Team Administrator


Permanent, Full time

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

£22,000 - £24,000

*Free parking, 3% pension contribution, 20 days holiday

My client, a well established construction business, are seeking an experienced administrator to join their busy office. You will be proactive, have strong organisational skills and be a team player. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and be a team player. Previous construction experience would be helpful, but not essential.

Daily duties:

  • Updating and maintaining cost reports

  • Monitoring and recording invoices from different sites

  • Allocating costs to different sites

  • Assisting the engineers,

  • Creating and updating O&M manuals

  • Uploading information onto the client's website

  • Ordering uniforms and office stationary

  • Arranging training for engineers

  • Compiling tracking sheets

  • Updating system, producing certificates

  • Producing Autocad drawings

Desired skills:

  • Microsoft packages

  • Flexible, willing to help personality
