JOB TITLE: Showroom Assistant
COMPANY: Luxury Kitchen Showroom
HOURS: 09:30am - 17:30pm Monday and Friday (part-time 15 hours per week)
SALARY: £21,000 pro rata

Oa Liverpool Street have recently partnered with a leading showroom which are suppliers of one of the most iconic kitchen appliances. Our client is looking for a candidate with outstanding customer service to represent their brand, with a genuine passion for their products.

The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong focus on customer experience, is an exceptional communicator and gives a great first impression.


  • Deliver world class customer service at all times

  • Ensure smooth running of the showroom at all times

  • Follow through with customer enquiries to ensure that they are dealt with effectively and efficiently

  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions using the agreed sale process

  • Be able to confidently handle customer objections/concerns

  • Actively up-sell additional products

  • Awareness and effective usage of merchandising techniques

  • To assist the retail manager in stock recording

  • To comply at all times with all health and safety obligations

  • Competent working knowledge of all in store systems


  • Be passionate about brand, mission and values

  • High standards of personal appearance

  • Good numerical and verbal skills

  • Computer literate

  • Is passionate about world class customer service
