An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly dynamic and successful technology organisation as a Sales Support Executive. This hands-on role includes some administration and is vital to the sales/hire process within the business. As part of my clients' continued growth, they are seeking ambitious and talented individuals to help customers with any queries as well as introduce new innovative products to better serve their needs.

Duties:



  • Achieve team targets and diversified revenue across multiple industries

  • First line response to customer enquiries via email and telephone

  • Consistently meet customer response SLAs

  • Fully qualify customer enquiries conducted by telephone

  • Creation of provision of customer quotes

  • Consistent completion of the 4 stages of sale - enquiry, quote follow up, purchase order confirmation & post sale

  • Maintain data within the CRM system, ensuring all information is up to date with the correct details

  • Targeted conversion of customer enquiries into sales

  • Up-sell & cross-sell to customers, appropriate to their needs

  • Ensure any opportunities are accurately logged on the CRM system with comprehensive notes and estimated close dates

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of the industry including product development, key features, benefits and advantages of all core products and associated systems

  • Effective time management skills to balance and prioritise workload to achieve customer SLAs

  • Ensure all orders are complete and have relevant sales paperwork attached, CRM is up to date and correct information is provided

  • Provide professional and knowledgeable sales support to both existing and new Customer relationships, building relationships and creating referrals where possible
