Customer Service Administrator



To start as soon as possible


Hours - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our expanding Customer Service Administration team. Working closely with the rest of the business, the successful candidate will play an integral role in the company ensuring that all Administration and Customer Service activity is delivered efficiently and professionally.

The successful candidate would be responsible for the following duties

  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries in a timely manner

  • Ensure all emails are responded to within 24 hours

  • Work through and action daily reports

  • Managing customer orders quickly and efficiently

  • Maintaining a good working relationship with funders & dealers

Skill/ Experience

  • Customer service and admin experience would be desirable

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Able to multitask and prioritise work load

  • PC literate

This Role is paying 18-21k depending on experience, opportunity to earn bonus, free parking, excellent working environment, room for progression in this growing company.
