LOCATION: Cardiff


PAY RATE: £8.50 - £9.50 p/h


HOURS: Part-time (25hrs Mon-Fri)

We have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join the team of our client based on the outskirts of Cardiff. You will be working for a well-established construction company who are leaders in their field, supporting their fast paced, diverse and full of life sales team.


This is temporary role starting immediately with a view to be made permanent for the right candidate. The hours are part-time, working 5 hours a day Monday to Friday, start and finish times are negotiable.



Responsibilities:



  • Sending quotations

  • Contacting customers for order numbers

  • Chasing any overdue service work

  • Updating jobs on to company system

  • Advising customers on equipment, up-selling where possible (via email, telephone & letter)

  • Collecting feedback from customers from completed jobs

  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquires

  • General administration tasks (scanning, filing etc)


Essential Skills/ Experience:



  • IT literate

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • Great customer service skills

  • Desire to progress and succeed within the organisation

  • Positive and helpful attitude
