Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely generation of quotations and invoices

  • Chasing all quotations

  • Maintaining data accuracy within the working systems

  • Accurately recording purchase order details in business systems

  • Placing orders for spare parts

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience of invoicing

  • Negotiation techniques

  • Knowledge of after-sales activities

  • Knowledge of SAP (Desirable)

  • Competent at managing a demanding workload

  • Transparency and team work

  • Able to work in a small team

  • Using initiative and being pro-active
