We are currently recruiting for an administrator to join a fast paced and dynamic recruitment company based in West London. Our client has lovely, modern offices in the Imperial Wharf business district. The ideal candidate will enjoy speaking to people and have high attention to detail to update and maintain databases. Their clients receive a personal service that is focused on quality, detail and the highest standards of engagement.

The Role:
Duties will include:

  • Supporting consultants with organisational research

  • Updating CRM database accurately

  • Ensuring vital protection of data

  • Ensuring accuracy of industry data

  • Responding to enquiries

  • General administration support

  • Communicating with the team & potential candidates

  • Being the first port of call and building industry knowledge to support the consultants

You should be:

  • Friendly, passionate and outgoing, and can work well as a team player

  • Demonstrable administrator experience

  • Enthusiastic with a positive outlook that will add to the energy of a successful and sociable team

  • Driven to succeed

  • Able to work to deadlines

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Confident communicator both over the phone and via email

  • Confident operating computing systems such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
