Job Purpose:


You will the face of the company and the first point of contact for anyone in the business. You'll be meeting and greeting visitors into the office, welcoming them and directing them as appropriate. You'll thrive of making visitors feel welcomed and well look after. You'll also provide first class customer service to anyone contacting the business and you'll ensure their first impression is a great one.


You'll report directly into the Finance Manager and you'll be part of the client services team with progression available for the right person


You Daily Job Duties:



  • Welcome visitors by greeting them in a warm and friendly manner, answering or referring enquiries

  • Answering the phone in a timely manner and diverting calls to the correct/most appropriate person

  • Maintain site security by following correct company policy; logging in and out and issuing visitor badges

  • Complete Administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and scanning, sorting post, taking minutes and arranging courier collections

  • Ensure the reception area is always clean and tidy and presentable as well as being well organised to meet client needs

  • Set up meeting rooms

  • Organise catering for meetings and daily office use

  • Respond to enquiries

  • Act as the face of the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance

  • Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems for colleagues

  • Organise travel and make schedule meetings based on colleagues' itineraries

  • Diary Management


Person Specification:



  • Experienced in Customer Service

  • High level of emotional intelligence

  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Good problem solver

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Self-motivated

  • Customer focused

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
