We are looking for a client focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist at one of our most prestigious client offices in Edinburgh City Centre. Working Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive personalised and intuitive service in a corporate environment.


Working hours are typically 8 hours per day, 40-hours per week, Monday to Friday, on rotating team shifts, usually no earlier than 7am and no later than 7pm. The team does not work weekends or Bank Holidays. With a salary of £19,000 - £23,000.


Responsibilities will include;


� Ensuring a seamless and personable guest experience.


� Ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and fond farewell.


� Escorting guests to their meeting room or required destination within the building.


� Proactively dealing with guest requests in an efficient, friendly and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally.


� Ensuring catering is delivered to client meeting rooms and presented in line with company standards and guidelines


� Handling all external and internal calls in a professional manner.


� Communicating effectively with other departments and service providers, creating a 'one team' approach to delighting our guests.


� Adopting a flexible and adaptable approach at all times when dealing with ad hoc duties as required.



The successful candidate will;


� Have front of house reception experience in a luxury hotel or premium airline.


� Have the passion and drive to deliver the very highest levels of customer service.


� Have great interpersonal skills, an outgoing and vibrant personality.


� Demonstrate an excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communication.


� Possess a high level of attention to detail.


� Understand professional etiquette.


� Have the ability to work well under pressure and act both proactively and intuitively.
