£19,000 to £21,000

Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm

My client, a professional and well established business based in Loughton, are looking for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join their friendly team.


Based on reception, you will be responsible for:



  • Being the first point of contact and taking any inbound calls

  • Checking in deliveries

  • Organising incoming and outgoing post

  • Meeting and greeting visitors

  • Filing/Photocopying

  • Completing stationary stock checks and ordering office supplies

  • Processing holiday forms

  • Assisting with any administration duties

  • Arranging travel
