JOB ROLE: Personal Assistant

JOB TYPE:
Permanent

HOURS: 09:00- 17:00

SALARY: £24,000-£26,000 *depending on experience

LOCATION:

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:




  • Provide a comprehensive PA service to the director/partner including managing their diary in line with agreed priorities and liaising with relevant stakeholders.

  • Provide general administrative support to a team of 33.

  • Manage the in tray, responding to basic queries both in correspondence and in person, referring matters and delegating actions as appropriate.

  • Ensuring documents are viewed and signed in a timely manner and returned to the relevant department/staff member.

  • Prepare materials for meetings, providing copies to all attendees, taking notes where requested and ensuing follow up tasks are completed.

  • Processing of Supplier Invoices

  • Type and photocopy letters, reports, presentations and other documents, checking and quality assuring prior to distribution.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, booking accommodation where required.

  • Maintain paper and electronic recording and filing systems to ensure key papers are accessible when required to the relevant staff members.

  • Minute taking for team meetings

  • Setting up training and conferences





SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:




  • Previous experience in an EA, PA or senior administrative role.

  • Previous experience in a client facing role.

  • Outstanding Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Extensive working knowledge of Outlook and its email and calendar platforms.

  • Comprehensive understanding of data entry and insights.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail with regard to spelling, grammar and punctuation.

  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as working individually.
