We are currently looking to recruit an Administrator to join a family run business. To work in a close-knit team on a part time, permanent basis.

Working hours will be Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 5 hours per day to be discussed with Line Manager.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Dealing with all emails and telephone queries

  • Sorting out all post and filing

  • Dealing with Health and Safety and Risk Assesments

  • Good general IT skills to include Microsoft Offices Packages.

  • Accounts experience would be preferable as you will be directly supporting the Accounts team with ad-hoc duties

  • General ad-hoc Administration tasks.

The ideal candidate will have skills in the following areas;

  • Excellent administration skills

  • Have touched on Accounts duties

  • A natural friendly and engaging personality - a self-starter with strong personal drive to achieve results

  • Very organised

  • Able to multitask

  • Exceptional IT skills - Competent in Microsoft Office
