This is a rare opportunity in central Brighton for a flexible hour's part time position in a modern, funky and central offices!

Working in a small, supportive team you will provide admin support to the Finance team, you don't need Finance experience just a strong administrative background and an eye for detail.

  • Bank Reconciliation

  • Posting bills using Xero software

  • Invoice uploads

  • Aged debt

  • Monitoring emails

  • Payrun

  • Ad hoc admin tasks

3 - 4 hours a day - ongoing position, no end date

Whilst this role is Finance focused you will be taught everything; the main thing is that you are accurate and eager to learn. Your new manager is supportive, and you have step by step in house guides for all tasks.
