Our client are a well-known independent insurance brokerage. Their culture empowers people to realise their full potential. They are looking for a PA with drive, passion and a hunger for intellectual challenge to join the team of 4 partners on a temporary basis.


Responsibilities/Duties


PA Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Planning webinars and general PA duties

  • Preparing and sending e-mails to include attaching documents, printing and filing of incoming e-mails, attachments and confirmations

  • Offering assistance to others in the department as required

  • Calendar management for the team, including arrange meetings, booking rooms, responding to e-mails and initiating meetings

  • Preparing rooms ahead of internal or external meetings

  • Diary management (for 4 partners)

  • Making travel arrangements and preparing itineraries for trips

  • Client management, as well as managing clients expectations

  • Confidently speaking to clients over the phone

  • Organising events on behalf of the office

  • Ad Hoc tasks


Your experience and personal specification:



  • Good MS Office skills/IT literacy.

  • Travel co-ordination experience.

  • General administration proficiency, (agendas, meetings, minutes, actions).

  • Understand the importance of good relationship building (internally/externally).

  • Team player.

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Flexible in role and very keen to learn new topics and take on responsibility/assist operationally as required.

  • Professional manner, able to deal well with pressure and use initiative.

  • Excellent organisation/prioritisation skills; Ability to plan and work efficiently and in accordance with changing business needs.

  • Reliability and able to maintain a professional level of confidentiality
