JOB TITLE: Operations Assistant


LOCATION: Aylesford


HOURS: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week (flexi-time)

We're teaming up with the Service Manager to recruit for an Operations Assistant to support the smooth running of large contractual jobs.


The day to day duties in your new job would be (but would not be limited to):



  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Operations team

  • First point of call to customers and the contact centre for all incoming calls

  • Provide job updates and responses to incoming emails

  • Data entry and updates into client portals

  • Follow up calls to give updates to clients when needed
