£30,000 - £35,000* Depending on experience

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:




  • General administration duties to support the office and management team

  • Organising meetings and managing databases

  • Booking transport and accommodation

  • Organising company events

  • Ordering stationery and furniture

  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries

  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports

  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff

  • Managing office budgets

  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems

  • Delegating tasks to junior employees

  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date

  • Attending meetings with senior management




SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:




  • Strong administrative background working in an office environment

  • 2-3 years in admin/office support role

  • Self-starter, proactive and ability to use initiative is absolute key

  • Confident in managing team and supporting office

  • Excellent IT skill, tech savvy and ability to learn and adapt quickly

  • Personality extremely important - bubbly, personable, friendly, motivated

  • Must be able to work within a small team and be main point of contact for office support

  • Team player who is happy to take on any task and get involved

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
