HOURS: Monday - Friday 09:00am-17:30pm


PAY RATE: £13.00-15.00 per hour


START DATE: ASAP, W/C 13th January 2020


DURATION: 4 weeks (potential extension)

What are they looking for? They are looking for an Office Manager with Finance experience - who is enthusiastic, energetic and super positive. The office environment can be super busy at times, therefore, need a candidate who is able to multitask but still perform each task efficiently.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Create a physical environment to be proud of and being the first point of contact for all guests

  • Answering the phone - ensuring detailed messages are being taken and passed onto the correct member of staff in a professional and timely manner

  • Managing all in-coming and out-going post

  • Ensuring the office is presentable, opening the blinds in the morning, ensuring the kitchen is tidy, loading and emptying the dishwasher

  • Well-stocked and running smoothly - all stationary and office supplies are being ordered

  • Meticulous office diary management - booking meetings when necessary

  • No room-clashes and all external meetings are booked seamlessly and set up if necessary

  • Managing in-house IT account and issues - IT issues are dealt with quickly and effectively

  • Helping with HR processes - on-boarding new members of staff and processing information correctly

  • Successfully planning all quarterly rewards, socials, welcome and leaving parties, summer party and Christmas party

  • Finance Duties: Assist the Financial Controller with finance admin tasks, timely and effective completion of finance admin tasks: processing invoices correctly, ensuring expenses are processed


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Fluency in both written and verbal forms of English is essential

  • Experience within a Finance/Office Management position

  • Fluent in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

  • Highly motivated, flexible, proactive, and adaptable to change

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, including ability to prioritise and work under tight deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team environment
