Our client, a project management firm in the heart of Kings Cross are looking for a friendly and driven Office Manager to help their busy team. Supporting with admin duties and making sure the office runs smoothly.

JOB TITLE: Office Manager

Duties:




  • Managing all aspects of the office including office supplies, incoming & outgoing post, welcoming visitors etc

  • Liaising with the landlord and managing the organisation of general maintenance & upkeep of the office

  • Managing any changed to the office - extensions/ layout / design & furniture

  • Assist with scanning, printing, filing, editing of drawings, documents, e-mails etc. as required

  • Covering reception in periods of sickness or annual leave

  • Work with IT Consultants to support the requirements of all IT services in the office

  • Assisting with any IT Hardware issues

  • Assist with filing and archiving as directed

  • Assisting with the formatting / overseeing document

  • Holiday Management via Bright HR

  • HR management

  • Health & Safety Management

  • Producing, issuing & chasing company invoices

  • Leasing with our external accounts in regards to internal invoices

  • Office, Health & life insurance management

  • Managing the Corporate cars

  • Managing the company mobile contracts

  • Managing the company social media

  • Managing the company Website

  • Booking & arranging travel, transport & accommodation for the directors & team.

  • Booking & arranging social events for the team

  • Managing software & other office licences

  • Managing team passwords & Login details.
