Location: St George/Speedwell Area, Bristol, BS5
Salary: £16,000
Term: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30

Your role is to assist with the smooth and efficient operation of the Bristol Office, working directly with the Office Manager you will learn a wide range of essential administration skills which will lead to you having your own responsibilities


We would anticipate that your role will develop with your confidence and efficiency and will therefore be regularly reviewed.


Duties could include but won't be limited to;



  • Answering of phones in an efficient and professional manner.

  • Arranging and hosting meetings and welcoming incoming visitors.

  • Inputting accurate data on to Databases.

  • Photocopying and filing.

  • Manage office supplies and ordering.

  • Ensuring office and kitchen is generally tidy.


Essential Skills



  • Excellent time keeping.

  • A high level of written and verbal communication skills with a good attention to detail.

  • Use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
