My client are a very well-established Central London Technology Solutions Provider, providing an outstanding service to a growing number of clients, particularly in the finance and creative sectors.



General Summary:


This is a supportive role that acts as an administrative assistant to the team. Responsibilities include assisting and supporting administrative, financial, marketing and sales functions.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • General office administration and filing.

  • Manage reception, look after visitors and answer incoming calls.

  • Manage incoming deliveries and outgoing dispatch of goods.

  • Organisation of team events, meetings and monthly lunches.

  • Assist in maintaining corporate and financial records of the company.

  • Investigate and resolve customer enquiries with billing and invoicing.

  • Perform other financial activities as required.

  • Support the sales and marketing activities as required.

  • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.

  • Any other duties as may be requested by management.



Capabilities required:

  • Strong organisational and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

  • Ability to multi-task and flexibility to quickly adapt to change.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Awareness of the company's key services to clients.

  • Proficient with current versions of Microsoft Office software.
