JOB ROLE: Office Administrator/ Office Manager


JOB TYPE: Permanent


COMPANY: Financial Consultancy


HOURS: 9.00am-5.30pm


SALARY: £23,000-£25,000


LOCATION: West End, London



DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:




  • Main point of contact for office visitors and office staff

  • PA support for the Managing Director; travel booking, expenses, diary management

  • Manage HR System, processes for new starters; leave request, absence recording and individual HR files for both the field based and office-based staff

  • Full administration support to efficiently manage the office, including liaison with the company service providers for IT, Telecoms, office cleaning services, general office supplies

  • Efficiently manage venue selection and booking for sales meetings and company sponsored meeting

  • Track company assets such as computers, mobile phones and other field based and equipment. Monitor mobile contracts with the supplier to ensure accurate billing and contract renewal's

  • Assisting team with ad hoc projects including Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:




  • Must have previous administration experience

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience and or HR admin would be advantageous

  • Proactive, adaptable, flexible and professional

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ideally previous experience working as part of a small company/team

  • Flexibility to work extended hours on occasions when required

  • Must be adept to use latest versions of common office software, particularly Excel and Word, and ideally Access or similar database to basic level, Internet and email.
