Office Angels are currently working exclusively with a construction company located between Eastleigh and Winchester. My client is looking to recruit an Office Administrator due to rapid growth and success within the business.

To be considered for this exciting new position, you will have at least 2 years of administration experience within an office environment, ideally in a similar fast paced role.


  • Preparing and designing documents e.g. reports, spreadsheets, letters and mail shots

  • Daily management of all enquiries, monitoring all communication

  • Updating the internal and external contacts list

  • Proof reading of documentation

  • Distribution of incoming and outgoing post

  • Diary management including; arranging appointments, travel logistics, recording of staff absences and annual leave

  • Stationary orders

You will be confident, approachable, professional and friendly. Good communication is a must have, along with a great sense of humour!

A knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous, but not essential. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

Due to the location of the office you will need to be a car owner.

Working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, with an hour lunch break.
