JOB ROLE: Office Administrator

JOB TYPE:
Permanent

HOURS: 8:30-17:30

SALARY: £23,000-£25,000 Monday-Friday

LOCATION:
Heart of London City!

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:




  • Basic administration support to all team members and departments across the business.


  • Managing the enquiries mailbox, responding and tracking all enquiries and distributing information to the relevant departments.


  • Maintaining company records to demonstrate compliance with good practice, such as asset registers, health and safety, first aid, distribution lists and contacts.



  • Formatting and producing documents in consistence with company guidelines.


  • Maintaining the supply of office materials and completing all office ordering processes for all departments.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with building maintenance and facilities teams to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business.


  • Managing electronic and hard-copy filing systems.


  • Organising internal and external business meetings, making all necessary arrangements including sending invitations, booking rooms, providing agendas/papers, teleconference facilities and catering.


  • Manage the booking of meeting rooms


  • Assist with the planning and preparation of team build activities and event days.


  • Provide cover for the Reception and front of house teams during annual leave and sickness



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Preferable relevant experience* in a similar role.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to absorb complex information quickly and summarise it effectively

  • Highly organised and efficient individual with excellent time management skills

  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and stakeholders and other key contacts in external organisations.

  • Knowledge and experience using Microsoft office programmes.
