The role:

As part of a new office set up, we are looking for an Office Manager to be resposible for setting up processes and getting involved in all areas of the business as the company grow.

  • Be responsible for answering calls and managing the Customer Service and general queries inbox, responding to customers within a timely manner and ensuring all queries are resolved

  • Updating the website with recipes and new information

  • Ordering stationary and office supplies and managing suppliers, sourcing the best possible deals for the business

  • Receiving and unpacking sample boxes, sending them out and keeping trackers / logs

  • Competent using Excel, managing spreadsheets and logging information

  • Powerpoint presentations on behalf of Directors / Founders

  • Able to work in a small team

  • Any ad -hoc tasks

A driving license and car would be required for this post due to location
