Our client, a housing development company located in Warsash, Southampton, are currently recruiting. Looking for a Land Team Administrator to support the Land Department with general support and administrative duties.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintaining relationships with key customers, both internal and external

  • Provide general administration for the Land Department

  • Arranging of internal and external meetings

  • Managing diaries

  • Obtaining and downloading relevant planning information in order to complete site feasibility and summarising

  • Setting up of new legal files

  • Liaising with vendors to provide updates in accordance with legal agreements

You must have:

  • Previous administration experience

  • An appreciation of Land Acquisition would be beneficial

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Team player

  • A positive and flexible approach to work
