Are you available immediately and looking to work for a established and friendly team , to assist with day to day running of the Maintenance Service department which will include the following:-

  • Answering customer queries by phone, fax, letter or email

  • Speaking with service engineers over their work

  • Maintenance of client records

  • Typing up quotation letters produced by Service Director when required

  • Producing contract renewal letters, chasing orders and updating system
