Office Angels are delighted to be supporting one of our loyal clients with the role of a helpdesk administrator. The ideal candidate would be available for an immediate start, full time work and keen to start in a role that if progressing well could lead to a permanent position.

Main duties:

  • Co-ordinate all projects/contracts through client database

  • Plan and control all contractors diaries

  • Liaise between clients, managers and contractors

  • Check external progress of projects with managers

  • Chase materials for certain projects

  • Monitoring/reschedule rejects works from subcontractors

  • Ensure all necessary contract data, documentation and reports are accurate and produced on time

  • Ensure contract/own KPI's are met

  • Any other duties as deemed necessary

This role is well suited for someone who is very organised, head strong and able to problem solve any quick/last minute changes.
