My client works within the design and manufacturing industry in the North East and have an outstanding reputation in their industry. They are looking for a candidate who if fluent both verbal and written in English and French to act as a PA as part of their administration team. The role will sit within the accounts department and therefore a candidate with financial administration experience would be desirable.


Job Duties:



  • You must be fluent in French both verbal and written.

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post

  • Distribution of calls from an overflow switchboard (20-30 calls a day maximum)

  • To assist with the production of sales invoices

  • To assist with the processing of supplier statements

  • Reception duties

  • General filing and Admin duties

  • Booking of meeting rooms

  • Monitoring and reordering of stationary

  • Booking of flights and accommodation via the internet

  • Restaurant bookings in UK and France

  • Management of 2 French properties for MD

  • Producing letters and documents

  • General Adhoc duties that may arise

  • Use of tannoy system

  • Organising team social events such as their Christmas Party


Person Specification:



  • You must be fluent in French both verbal and written

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Being able to work on their own initiative

  • Ability to work to deadlines

  • Work well with staff on all levels and as part of a team

  • Flexible and adaptable and able to prioritise workloads

  • Attention to detail

  • Numeracy and IT skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
