We have a brand new role for one of our growing clients within their existing Finance team for an experienced Administrator who would like career development and training to further their career into the world of Finance as a Finance Administrator reporting into a Line Manager working 8.30am - 5pm

As the Finance Administrator you will need to drive as this role isn't on a bus route sadly.

As the Finance Administrator your duties are listed below

Matching delivery notes to purchase invoices

Entering stock item purchase invoices on to our legacy system

Obtaining and checking supplier statements for missing invoices, then chasing copies of these for processing

Checking held invoices for discrepancies with Purchasing, to then clear for processing

Entering nonstock items onto the relevant documents for processing with our Group Head Office

Entering Intercompany Contra values in the Purchase Ledger system

Completing and processing the company credit card documents and processing with our Group Head Office

Running various reports and sending to our Group Head Office

To be successful in this role of Administration Administrator we are looking for the following attributes

Has a great eye for detail and accuracy with data and inputting

Is highly organised and can follow processes

Has strong IT system skills & is a good communicator

Can work as part of a very busy team, to very tight deadlines

Has a very positive attitude and is highly reliable
