Executive Assistant to Managing Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading healthcare organisation based in central London. A leader in their market and with global presence, this is an exciting time to join this business.

They are currently looking to recruit an experienced EA to join them and to support their Managing Director with a multitude of varied responsibilities.

  • Arranging and coordinating meetings on behalf of the Managing Director

  • Taking minutes at meetings, coordinating and tracking timely delivery of agreed actions

  • Researching and drafting correspondence from the Managing Director

  • Supporting sub-groups of committees/Boards, as appropriate

  • Supporting the communications team in the release of updates and information

  • To take a key role in supporting the Managing Director in managing internal and external relationships

  • Support the Managing Director to meet organisational objectives

  • Overall responsibility for managing, maintaining and developing the information systems of the Managing Director

This role requires a well experienced EA who has previously supported in a demanding, complex and challenging environment. You will have previously dealt with extensive diary organisation, will be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and confident in your ability to judge situations and work autonomously.

The ideal candidate will have solid IT Skills including Excel, as well as advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.

Your ability to remain calm under pressure will be paramount to your success in this role, as will your ability to take initiative and be a dedicated and reliable source of support to the Managing Director.

In return you will be rewarded with an excellent remuneration package which compromises of a basic salary up to £55,000 depending upon experience along with other great benefits such as 27 days annual leave, a contribution pension scheme, life assurance, childcare vouchers and flexible working.
