A FANTASTIC company in the heart of the City is seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic Events Administrator to join their incredibly professional team. Our client is looking for a bright, bubbly, personable and approachable candidate who is looking to take on a varied and busy support role.



JOB ROLE: Events Administrator


JOB TYPE: Permanent

HOURS: 08:30am - 05:30pm

SALARY: £21,000 - £23,000 *Depending on experience + Benefits!

LOCATION: Heart of the City

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Front of house support

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors ans guests, providing 5* customer service at all times

  • Arranging and booking meeting rooms

  • Provide full administration support to the events team

  • Assist the events team with event administration including; managing attendee lists, sending confirmation emails, printing badges and arranging couriers.

  • Maintaining and keeping all databases up to date

  • Extensive diary management and travel booking (booking flights)

  • Administrative support to senior members of staff

  • Involvement within the Meetings & Events team



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Credible education. Educated to Alevel* or Equivalent

  • Previous administration or reception experience is necessary

  • Must be extremely well presented

  • Able to work well under pressure and to right deadlines

  • Able to multitask

  • Must be personable and approachable, confident and able to liaise with all levels or seniority
