Office Angels are working with a wonderful client based on the outskirts of North Preston who are looking for a new team member to join their small close knit established team as a Customer Service Advisor. The role will include:

  • Working on the Customer Service Desk within a team

  • Taking calls and dealing with enquiries over the phone ie order updates, delivery schedules or any general product enquiries

  • Sales order processing

  • Excel Spreadsheet creation for reporting

  • Administration skills required

  • Setting up new accounts on the internal system

  • Communicating with all internal departments

  • Data entry such as; taking orders, emailing customers about their orders, dealing with couriers

  • Monday to Friday 8:00 - 5:00pm

  • £18,000 - £18,500 per annum


  • 1 hour lunch break

  • Established manufacturing office environment
