Position: Contracts/Facilities Coordinator
Location: Keynsham
Salary: Up to £23,000
Term: Full Time - Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5pm

I am looking for a pro-active and motivated contracts coordinator with experience in facilities. This is a rapidly expanding business that will need your support and expertise to help the business grow. You will be expected to work at a fast pace so performing under pressure is key!

You will need to;

  • Have an outstanding telephone manner that is professional.

  • Pride yourself on being a serial multi-tasker that can prioritise in high pressure situations with the ability to delegate well.

  • Respond to a large volume of reactive calls - remaining calm under pressure whilst liaising with engineers and sub-contractors.

  • Have familiarisation with client portals and preferred but not essential with FM Helpdesks.

  • Be personable and approachable.

  • Have extremely strong customer service skills

  • Log jobs / send POs

  • Be proactive and flexible - willing to go the extra mile

  • Strong general IT skills

  • Be the first point of contact for all customers, managers and engineers

  • Have a good understanding of H&S
