Construction Administrator / Document Controller

Romford, Essex


Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.00pm

*Parking on site

My client, a friendly and well established construction company based near Romford, is looking for a Construction Administrator / Document Controller to join their busy team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the Estimators

  • Collating information and uploading/submitting as required

  • Use of construction systems such as Aconex/Conject/Pro-core

  • Producing and submitting accurate O&M (maintenance) manuals to deadlines

  • Ordering samples as required

  • Setting up new project files both digitally and hard copy

  • Identify project changes on new information and notify relevant manager

  • Ordering PPE and office supplies

  • Event planning

  • Ad-hoc administrative duties as required
